About us.

Moving to Calgary from Saskatchewan, I started out my career in construction. Earning my red seal in carpentry, at the age of 22, I started my own company. With little experience in running a business I fumbled my way through. I was making a living. The only part I didn't like was that I was renting and constantly moving mostly because of roommates.

I've had it.

I wanted to own my own home. The company that I was working for at the time decided to get into building homes. That seemed like my ticket in to owning my own home. I approached the company about building a home. The only problem is that I had no money for a down payment. But I could work. I worked out an agreement with them to do sweat equity. I was building my first home, looking back now it was my first no money down deal.

A year later my cousin and I started our own contracting business. Tormynak Contracting was born. After a few years, allergies had got the best of me. I needed something that would keep me in the loop with construction and real estate. Slowly I had less and less duties in Tormynak and started growing a real estate company out of a hobby.

Today I own many rental properties and also manage others. I have acquired a great team with many years of experience. My team and I do creative real estate to help people own who otherwise think that they couldn't.

Now I am in my early thirties with a passion to help make dreams come true for others.
